1. Design & Production Timeline
Production includes:
3 weeks for design, 2 weeks for shipping and 3 weeks per square foot for weaving.
We will review and approve your uploaded photo and resolution within 3 business days. Production will begin only after written
approval is provided.
2. Payment Terms
For custom rugs, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of order.
You will receive photo and video updates every two weeks showing the rugs progress.
The remaining balance (80%) is due once the rug is complete and ready for shipment. Customers will receive a secure payment link
to complete the final payment. Each payment must be entered manually by the customer, as we do not store credit card information.
3. Delivery Schedule
Delivery times are confirmed based on the rugs size and design.
4. Delay Compensation
If delivery exceeds the confirmed delivery date, $100 per week will be deducted from the final price.
5. Inspection & Satisfaction Guarantee
Upon delivery, you will have the opportunity to inspect the rug.
If any concerns arise regarding craftsmanship, we will address them promptly at no additional cost.
We guarantee that our rugs meet the highest standards and will ensure your complete satisfaction before finalizing the sale.
6. Refund Policy
Custom rugs require a 20% non-refundable deposit.
If you are not satisfied with the finished rug, we will work with you to resolve the issue.
If the issue cannot be resolved, a full refund will be issued.
No refunds are provided for used, damaged, or altered items.
