Serenity LLC is a U.S.-based company offering high-end handmade Persian-style rugs. All rugs are made by skilled
artisans outside of Iran and imported to the U.S.

2. Product Information
Each rug is a one-of-a-kind piece, handmade with great care and attention to detail. No two rugs are exactly alike. We
use only the highest quality materials, including Grade A Mulberry Silk and premium Merino wool, to ensure exceptional
durability, softness, and beauty. Slight variations in size, color, or design are part of the rugs unique character and
artisanal nature.

3. Pricing
Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Final price may vary depending on the rugs size,
materials, and design complexity.

4. Ordering & Payment
Orders are placed through our secure online checkout. We accept major credit and debit cards. All payments must be
completed before an order is confirmed.
For custom rugs, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of order. The remaining balance (80%) is due
once the rug is complete and ready for shipment. Customers will receive a secure payment link to complete the final
payment. Each payment must be entered manually by the customer, as we do not store credit card information.

5. Shipping
Shipping times depend on product availability and whether the rug is custom-made. Custom rugs are handcrafted and
may take several months to complete, depending on the size and complexity of the design. A more accurate timeline will
be provided after the design is approved. Customers will receive shipping and tracking details via email once the order is
ready to ship.

6. Refund & Return Policy
Custom Rugs: Require a 20% non-refundable deposit. If the customer is not satisfied, we will do our best to resolve the
issue. If resolution is not possible, a full refund may be offered.
Non-Custom Pictorial Rugs: May be returned within 7- 14 days if unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.
No refunds are provided for used, altered, or damaged items.

7. Delivery & Client Inspection Policy – Silk rugs and silk–Merino wool blended rugs
Upon delivery, the customer has the right to inspect the silk rug to verify its condition and craftsmanship. Once the inspection is complete and the rug is accepted, the sale is considered final. Due to the exclusive and delicate nature of silk rugs, returns are not permitted after acceptance.
We take the utmost care to ensure that every silk rug meets the highest standards of quality and authenticity. Customers are encouraged to inspect thoroughly at the time of delivery, as acceptance confirms satisfaction and completes the transaction.

8. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, and designs, is the property of Serenity LLC and may not be copied, used, or
reproduced without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages related to the use of our website or products. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product.

10. Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We collect only the information necessary to process orders and
communicate with customers. Your personal data is never shared with third parties, and we do not store any payment
information.

11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Our company is committed to full legal
compliance and ethical business practices. All products are legally sourced and manufactured outside of restricted
regions.
Materials used in our rugs are provided by trusted suppliers in countries such as China, New Zealand, the United States,
and other permitted regions around the world. While inspired by the traditions of Persian rug-making, our rugs are
handcrafted by professional artisans outside of Iran, ensuring full compliance with U.S. trade laws and international
regulations.
