Your rug will be handmade based on the selected size and design. The process includes 2-3 weeks for design, 2 weeks for shipping, and 3 weeks per square foot for weaving. Due to the handmade nature, the total production time will vary based on the rug size.

We will review and approve the photo and resolution within 5 business days. Production will only begin after our approval.

The rug will be delivered on a special scheduled delivery date.Delivery time will be confirmed after the approval of the order and photo.

If delivery exceeds the confirmed delivery date, $100 will be deducted per week from the final price.

Upon delivery, the customer has the right to inspect the rug before making the final payment. If any concerns arise regarding the craftsmanship, they will be addressed immediately at no extra cost. We guarantee that the rug will meet the highest standards , and any necessary adjustments will be made to ensure complete satisfaction.
